Hill AI OPS is a service of Hill REI Private Labels LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what we collect through meethillai.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. What this site is

meethillai.com is a demonstration environment. It exists so prospective clients can experience how the Hill AI OPS platform captures and follows up on new business inquiries, by taking the part of a customer themselves.

Information you provide here is used to run that demonstration and to follow up with you about Hill AI OPS. It is not sold, and it is not shared for anyone else’s marketing.

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly

• Name, mobile phone number, email address, and business name, when you submit the Test Drive form
• What you tell us about where follow-up slows down in your business
• Anything you say during a call or send in a text to our demonstration number

Information collected automatically

• Standard web log data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page
• Whether you reached us by calling, texting, or submitting the form
• Date and time of your interactions

Calls and messages

Calls to our demonstration number are answered by an automated assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed only where required for our quality-assurance and operating purpose, and our assistant discloses this at the beginning of the call.

3. Why we collect it

• To run the Test Drive demonstration you requested
• To follow up with you about Hill AI OPS
• To schedule and confirm appointments you book with us
• To operate, secure, and improve the service

We do not use your information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the service:

• Our customer relationship and automation platform
• Our telephony and messaging providers, to deliver calls and texts
• Our email delivery provider

We do not collect payment on this site, so no payment processor is involved.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Text messaging

If you give consent, we send text messages about your Test Drive. Consent is optional and is never a condition of anything else. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. Full detail is in our SMS Terms.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the information you provide for 12 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a documented reason requires us to keep it longer.

Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for quality assurance, training, and issue investigation, and are deleted when that purpose is met.

8. Your choices

• Stop texts — reply STOP to any message.
• Stop emails — use the unsubscribe link where one is provided, or email [email protected] and we will remove you. Some operational messages, such as a confirmation you asked for, may not carry an unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction, or deletion — email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Your rights depend on where you live. Some jurisdictions, including California and the European Union, grant residents specific rights over their personal information. We handle every request as required by the law that applies to you. Contact us and we will tell you what applies and respond accordingly.

9. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies necessary to operate and secure the site. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics on the Demo site. If that changes, we will update this policy and evaluate whether additional consent is required.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be posted here.
