SMS Terms

1. The program
Hill AI OPS, a service of Hill REI Private Labels LLC, operates a text messaging program supporting the Hill AI OPS Test Drive demonstration.
Eligibility (18+)
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
2. How you join
You join the recurring messaging program by checking the consent box on the Test Drive form and submitting it.
The consent box is never pre-checked, checking it is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase or of anything else on this site. You can submit the form without it.
Texting us first is different. If you text our demonstration number, we may reply to that conversation — that is a response to your message, not enrolment. It does not sign you up for recurring or automated follow-up. Recurring messaging requires the form consent above, or another documented opt-in method.
3. What we send
- Confirmation that we received your information
- A link to the Test Drive form, if you reach us by call or text
- Follow-up about your Test Drive
- Appointment confirmations and reminders, if you book time with us
- A reply if you call and we do not answer
4. How often
Message frequency varies based on how you interact with us. Most participants receive a small number of messages related to their Test Drive.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
6. Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
You can rejoin at any time by submitting the form again with consent.

8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission limitations and carrier availability.
9. Supported carriers
Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates. Carrier support may change without notice.
10. Your device
You are responsible for having a text-capable device and a plan that supports messaging.
11. Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled under our Privacy Policy, including the mobile information provision in section 6 of that policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change.
